The French weekly magazine La Gazette des Communes has recently published a series of articles around the project of creating a local government funding agency in France. This is done in an appendix to the magazine, which contains for example articles about Kommuninvest and the other Nordic agencies. Furthermore there is an interview with Lars M Andersson.
